Artful Living Magazine | Summer 2009 Issue

The release of the Summer issue of Artful Living is just around the corner, however, since you're visiting this blog, you are able to get a SNEAK PEEK! The main themes of this issue are Italy and Vintage style - both fascinating to read about and gorgeous to look at. The photo shoot on Lake Minnetonka was an incredible experience for all. Mahogany Bay was kind enough to let us use some of their gorgeous vintage boats, where only a few exist in the world. Jenn Cress did an absolutely fabulous job with the photography. Lake Pepin Art & Design Center

The Lake Pepin Art & Design Center has just launched a new website! Please take a look. If you have not taken the drive to Pepin, Wisconsin, I highly recommend the trip. The drive itself is breathtaking, with incredible views of the lake and enormous trees guide you along the way. The town of Pepin sits right on the lake, and it's a charming artists community, with lots of great shops and historical landmarks. It's a great little get away. And a MUST SEE is the Lake Pepin Art & Design Center, they are always featuring incredible artists, and they have many fun events going on throughout the week and the weekend. Check it out!
